The position is currently full-time, 40 hours per week, however part-time (32 hours) is negotiable for the right candidate.

As a Front Desk Coordinator/Patient Care Concierge you will be welcoming clients, coordinating their schedules, and assuring a warm experience for them throughout their time with Inner Image.
We're looking for a kind and friendly individual who is experienced in the medical field and passionate about the patient's experience, coordinating care plans, and selling skin care.
We have a fantastic and loyal client base that we work with to achieve their aesthetic goals.
The ideal candidate not only strives to meet our clients' needs but also enjoys taking a key role in administrative tasks such as software utilization, inventory control, protocol implementation, and operational flow.
Knowledge of medical aesthetics, and/or dermatological treatments is a plus.
Summary of Job
Responsibilities:
Create a welcoming, professional front-office experience, beginning with a patient's introduction to our practice through telephone and online interaction, reception and welcoming, new patient intake, appointment scheduling, check-out processing, retail sales, online sales, prescription processing, and education.
Knowledgeably educate patients on treatment expectations, pre-treatment, and post-procedure care.
Demonstrate superior interpersonal and customer service skills to manage daily challenges in a busy practice and build long-term relationships with patients and other team members.
Oversee client education through our digitized Patient Concierge system that provides detailed treatment planning and follow-up for ongoing coordination of care.
Manage scheduling, patient information, transaction processing, and point of sale, both in person and online.
Manage various computer software platforms for patient management, sales, and financial planning.
Attend all in-house training and continued education opportunities.
Essential Skills & Abilities:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Technologically savvy and proficient in Word, Excel (basic), Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Must have advanced knowledge of practice software systems used for booking, electronic medical records (EMR systems), sales and inventory management, and client education.
Experience with the software systems and strong computer skills is preferred to navigate our software programs:
TouchMD, SpaKinect, DermPro, Nextech, and Demandforce.
Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member Exceptionally well-organized and detailed oriented.
Understand provider to patient flow and anticipate provider's and medical assistant's next steps to the best of their ability.

Education and
Experience:
College graduate or equivalent years of work experience in the field.
3 years of work experience in a medical setting is preferred, however the right candidate may be considered with less than 3.
This is not an entry level position and candidate must be a self-starter who is able to work proficiently and independently.
Work Hours:
General Hours:
8-hour day M-F ranging between 8:
30am-6pm depending on practice needs.
Some flexibility is available for the right candidate.
We are closed on weekends and holidays, and typically the week between Christmas and New Year's Eve.

Medical benefits with a contribution is available to employees working a minimum of 32 hours per week.
Work hours are subject to office hours and patient schedules with minimal overtime upon occasion.
No weekend or on-call requirements.

In addition, candidates will be asked to provide business references (beyond verification of employment).
