Must be able to perform maintenance and repair duties with minimal oversight.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Must have a Valid California Driver's LicenseThree years of responsible experience in building and mechanical equipment maintenance and repair; or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skilled nursing facility experience required.
Demonstrates good skills in the use of hand and power tools.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to interpret miscellaneous drawings and schematics.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Demonstrates proficiency in clear and effective English communication, both verbal and written, coupled with a strong ability to comprehend and execute instructions accurately in various formats.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSPhysical demands include standing, walking, using hands for tasks such as grasping or handling, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling, as well as clear communication and hearing.
The employee is occasionally required to sit.
The employee must infrequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
