Job Description:
The PT Aide's primary purpose is to lead patients through their exercise programs, with a keen eye for correct form.
Physical Therapy Aide job duties include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Physical Therapists on patient care Demonstrate and direct patients safely through exercise programs Use therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound and e-stim Document exercises in electronic medical records Assist with maintaining a comfortable, clean and well-stocked clinic SUCCESSFUL TEAM MEMBER
Qualifications:
Passion to help others with their injury recovery and fitness Ability to listen to clients with empathy Strong skills in time management and multi-tasking Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare or fitness Experience with athletics, health or wellness Experience with Physical Therapy is a plus, but not required Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and/or kinesiology Passion for growth and excellence COMPENSATION:
Starting pay is typically $18.
07 - $21.
07 per hour, plus employee perks such as discounted services, excellent work environment, gym membership and retirement plan.
