Stunning spa-like office with glorious water views! Located on a public shore with beautiful walking paths along Shelter Bay.
In Mill Valley, Marin County, adjacent to 101 freeway, 10 min drive from San Francisco, 40 min from Berkeley.
Free parking.
We are looking for an individual to help with mainly back-office support and answering phones, and some front office responsibilities 4 days per week either M,T,W,F in our fast-paced dermatology office.
Likely 3 days per week in back office answering phones, and one day per week at front office/reception.
In this position, you will work closely with our office staff including our office manager, providers, receptionist, and clinical care staff to ensure a smooth flow of patient care.
Main responsibilities include:
Helping answer phone calls and patient questions regarding billing Scheduling appointments Helping answer patient emails Checking patients in and out for their appointments and purchases We have a very positive office and caring culture, full of kindness, love, and laughter.
As a small and close care team, this role will be very dynamic and flexible and should be for someone who loves being a team player and taking initiative to get tasks done quickly and effectively! We are looking for a bright and highly motivated individual who can fill many roles at once.
An individual who is very compassionate, eager to help with all types of tasks, and is a go-getter with strong initiative and excellent follow-through would be a perfect match for this position! The location:

Lexi specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology, including skin cancer screenings, acne, eczema and rashes.
Born and raised in Marin, Lexi is thrilled to serve the community she grew up in and cherishes.
When she is not working, Lexi loves spending time with her family and friends, hiking with her labrador Bella, biking, and traveling.
Our Nurse Practitioner:
Kimberly graduated from Vanderbilt University where she earned her Nurse Practitioner degree.
Before specializing in dermatology, Kimberly served Marin as a primary care provider.
Here at Zand Derm, she performs full skin exams, treats acne, eczema, rashes, sun damage and more, in addition to our full spectrum of cosmetic services like botox, filler, chemical peels, hydrafacials etc.
Kimberly has also been an integral part of Dr.
Zand's surgical team, performing hundreds of biopsies, skin cancer treatments, cyst removals, lesion injections, and suturing wounds.
Having grown up in Marin County, Kimberly is thrilled to care for the community she truly values.
