The Roofing Superintendent is responsible for supervision of leading a large group of skilled craftsman in construction on a multitude of projects ranging from one day to one year long, with other management responsibilities.
Organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of the Foreman, Sub Foreman, and/or craft employees on construction projects.
Strong Budget Management and keeps cost records on work performed and materials; is responsible for the control of costs in materials and wages and manpower needed for specific jobs

Exercises control over rate of construction progress in order to complete construction project within time limits; schedules jobs and operations

Manages the day to day construction work to enforce conformity to specifications
Experience in reading and understanding technical architectural drawings and specifications.
Experience in reading and understanding technical architectural drawings and specifications.
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Familiarity with Microsoft Project
Internet connected and proficient with smart phone technology, email, texts, voicemail and other applications
Great organizational skills
Great communication skills
A high level of professionalism, and the ability to represent the core values of the company to our team members, our clients and the public at large.

Job Requirements:

Roofing Industry Experience
Strong Budget Management
Experience in Historic restoration, slate and copperEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
