Assistant Branch Manager

Your Role as the Mill Valley Assistant Branch Manager Your duties as the Assistant Branch Manager are to include cultivating an effective sales and service culture by coaching branch staff and by recognizing and rewarding your staff for their achievements. You will serve a fundamental role in the day-to-day support for the branch sales and service efforts. Similarly, you will also provide support to the Branch Manager's community involvement, volunteerism, and business development efforts by acting as a joint Ambassador of the organization. Furthermore, you are to maintain the efficient day-to-day operations of the branch by ensuring completion of daily operational tasks, as well as conducting branch audits that ensures compliance with Redwood Credit Union policies and procedures. Required Experience As the Mill Valley Assistant Branch Manager, the ideal candidate also has: A combination of education and experience equivalent to an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or closely related field 4+ years financial services, operations and sales experience 2+ years in a supervisory role or capacity Ability to obtain and maintain registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law 180211

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
