Through our platform, we help employers quickly and easily hire high-quality candidates. The Director, Sales Strategy and Insights is a key member of our go-to-market leadership team. In this high-impact, high-visibility role, you'll be responsible for empowering our Sales and Customer Success teams to have high-impact customer conversations. You will leverage Glassdoor's rich data to develop customer-level insights and compelling narratives that bring our value proposition to life. Partnering with Sales and Marketing leaders, you'll develop key go-to-market plays, developing aligned talk tracks, narratives, and training. This role is a great fit for a strategic leader who is motivated to influence sales strategy, who excels in forging strong cross-functional partnerships, and who is passionate about developing talent. You'll lead a team of 3 Sales Insights analysts and managers, with opportunity for growth in managerial scope. The role reports to the VP, Marketing and is based in Mill Valley. Responsibilities: Own development of compelling narratives and customer-specific insights to support high-impact customer conversations Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing executives to develop sales plays  and accompanying talk tracks Drive automation of customized sales collateral in partnership with internal engineering team Conceive and build scalable data tools to quickly surface high-impact customer insights Incubate new data product ideas in partnership with Product team Lead a team of 3 Sales Insights analysts and managers Qualifications and Requirements: 10+ years relevant experience in product marketing, strategy consulting, or other strategic disciplines with strong customer centricity 2+ years of people management experience Undergraduate degree in a business discipline required, MBA preferred Exceptional strategic thinking ability and strong business judgment Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, storytelling ability, and executive presence Demonstrated ability to develop deep customer empathy Experience building strong, collaborative cross-functional partnerships Comfort with fast-paced environments; able to bring structure to ambiguity Passion for managing people and developing talent Inclusive leadership style and can-do attitude that adds to the Glassdoor culture Glassdoor offers a fast-paced work environment, competitive compensation, excellent benefits and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-growing tech company.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
