Director, Brand Advertising

The role is based in Mill Valley, in the San Francisco Bay Area, where you'll collaborate with leaders across numerous go-to-market functions and with key members of our executive team. Key Responsibilities: Define, build, and deliver the strategy for the offline advertising program at Glassdoor, supporting acquisition at scale for both sides of our jobs marketplace model (Consumer and Employer) Design and execute all B2B and B2C offline advertising programs for the business, including all current and future investments in Radio, Television, and Direct Mail Drive the measurement of mass media efforts with a performance marketing lens, in partnership with the Decision Science and Business Operations teams Own and manage the development of all offline advertising creative and content, working with Product Marketing and Design to ensure consistency in messaging and brand design Manage and maintain global creative and media agency relationships to help execute on campaigns at scale Key Qualifications and Requirements: 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a major emphasis in brand building and direct response advertising Significant offline media buying expertise required - TV, Radio, Direct Mail Demonstrated ownership of a significant P&L (tens of millions), using data driven marketing strategies to drive business value Demonstrated ownership of the development of brand campaigns, including positioning, creative development and media strategy Strong analytical skills, proven ability to consume and understand data, significant experienceworking with decision scientists and analysts to get to clear results and analysis to drive optimization Exceptional skills in verbal and written communications; must also be an excellent listener Proven ability to successfully articulate and address complex business issues and opportunities Skilled at promoting collaboration and driving problem resolution across all levels of a business Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
