Sr. Product Manager, Payments & Fraud

Stripe, Sift Science), including internal tools to manage customer billing and subscription management tools  Technical leader of payments stack and integrations across sales platforms (eg. The corresponding mission of the B2B team is to help employers find and hire top talent on Glassdoor. Our Payments PM will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. This is key role in our fast growing B2B team here at Glassdoor.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex problems and leading teams to build robust, scalable payment management services that impact all customers using Glassdoor. Candidate should have a passion for creating and delivering elegant solutions within complex, fast-paced environments.  Responsibilities Own payment and fraud prevention systems roadmap & KPIs Launch the next phase of payments as Glassdoor expands to support international currencies  Lead sprint team of incredibly talented developers  Partner with Finance, FinTech, Sales Operations and Sales Tech teams to build a world-class sales stack   Work cross-functionally with product teams to create experiences that delight our customers Requirements Minimum 3 years product management experience 2+ years experience with online payment platforms or related API integrations Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or technical field Demonstrable cross-functional leadership and strong interpersonal skills w/ stakeholders  Strong analytical skills, capable of identifying and defending opportunities using data  Must know SQL

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
