B2B Marketing Manager

We're searching for a B2B Marketing Manager for Germany, working within our European Marketing team at our Dublin headquarters and reporting to the Head of Marketing, EMEA. You will be responsible for managing our in-market demand generation programs and developing local sales collateral, working closely with our Paris-based sales team to craft messaging, identify channels and execute campaigns to achieve agreed business objectives. A true full-stack marketer, you'll have a blend of strong on- and off-line marketing, business development, analytics and operations experience. You'll be able to demonstrate prior success working in a similar role, with a strong track record of driving measurable, profitable growth through testing and learning. Recent experience of the German B2B market - ideally in a SaaS environment - is essential, alongside native-equivalent fluency in German and English. Responsibilities: Develop a demand generation strategy, identifying the channels and activities needed to deliver against agreed targets (MQLs/SQLs and pipeline/revenue) Own and manage the planning and execution of all marketing programs, in partnership with our US-based operations team Lead the development of a library of local-language sales collateral to meet local needs and align closely with marketing messaging Partner with our sales team to ensure efficient lead passing, optimise lead quality and support prospecting efforts Work cross-functionally to track, measure, analyse and optimise activities with a laser focus on efficiency and effectiveness Communicate program execution and report performance results through the organisation Manage and report on the marketing programs budget Co-ordinate with partners, third-party vendors and cross-functional internal resources Requirements: 5-7 years' experience in developing, executing and managing marketing campaigns and programs in a B2B setting, ideally in SaaS Proven success in developing and managing demand, lead generation and segmented marketing programs Track record of working closely with sales to acquire and nurture prospects Ambitious and creative, able to find new ways to connect with, generate interest and build excitement among our target audiences Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, analyse, understand and summarise data to show program effectiveness, validate strategy and justify spend Strong written and verbal communication skills Well-developed interpersonal skills for interacting with internal constituencies and external partners Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment Salesforce and Marketo experiencepreferred Native-equivalent fluency in German and English essential Bachelor's degree or equivalent required Some travel to Germany necessary

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
